JEFFERSON – Three persons pled guilty in 276th Judicial District Court Monday on separate charges.
Kimberly Gayle Morris received eight years deferred adjudication and a $1,500 fine following her guilty plea to a charge of burglary of a habitation.
Morris must also make $200 restitution, attend AA or NA meetings and perform community service.
Judge Robert Rolston sentenced Joseph Lloyd Faulk to three years deferred adjudication plus a $750 fine. Faulk waived his right to a grand jury hearing and a jury trial and pled guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Faulk must also attend drug education classes, as well as AA and NA meetings.
Daniel Eldredge Bourne pled guilty to a charge of theft of material worth less than $20,000 after waiving his right to a grand jury hearing and a jury trial. Rolston sentenced Bourne to 20 months in a state jail facility with credit for time served.
