JEFFERSON – Fittingly, the speaker at the Marion County Diversified Civic and Social Concerns Organization’s Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day banquet, Victor D. Walker, used a dream to illustrate the evening’s theme of how Jefferson could “Move Forward Together.”
