HARLETON – For Julie Wright, deciding on a career was easy.

“I love food,” Wright said. She and her husband Bryan Wright tried the food truck scene for a few years before settling on a brick and mortar location for their Wright On Tacos.

“We had a little truck,” Julie recalled. “And we did a lot of catering.” Harleton was a natural place to open their unique blend of traditional and gourmet taco offerings. “Our children go to school here,” Julie explained.On a rainy Friday, we tried “Sweetness” — all the tacos have names — and found the sweet and spicy fried shrimp with house slaw and sour cream excellent.

We also enjoyed “Employee of the Month.” This taco had fried shrimp, fried avocado, lettuce, cheddar cheese and pico aioli, very satisfying… (a subscription to the Jimplecute is required to continue reading this article).
