HARLETON – For Julie Wright, deciding on a career was easy.
“I love food,” Wright said. She and her husband Bryan Wright tried the food truck scene for a few years before settling on a brick and mortar location for their Wright On Tacos.
“We had a little truck,” Julie recalled. “And we did a lot of catering.” Harleton was a natural place to open their unique blend of traditional and gourmet taco offerings. “Our children go to school here,” Julie explained.On a rainy Friday, we tried “Sweetness” — all the tacos have names — and found the sweet and spicy fried shrimp with house slaw and sour cream excellent.
