The Marion County Sheriff’s Department reported they had 83 unserved felony warrants and 211 unserved misdemeanor warrants at the end of August. The information came in response to a Texas Freedom of Information Act request by the Jimplecute.
The number of reported warrants represented a sharp drop from the previous month.
At the end of July, MCSO reported 109 felony warrants and 628 misdemeanor warrants.
