JHS Students compete at Teach Tomorrow Summit

Three Jefferson High school students represented Jefferson at the Teach Tomorrow Summit in Huntsville, TX. last week.  Austin Farmer and Jasmine Bryson competed in Educational Fundamentals of Leadership.  Jazmine Johnson competed in Impromptu Speaking and Jasmine Bryson brought home a Blue Ribbon in the Elementary Bulletin Board Competition.  These students are a part of the Education and Training Career Pathway which is preparing them to become future teachers.  They are also members of TAFE Texas Association of Future Educators.  Advisor and teacher is Laura Ornelas.
