Miss and Mr. UCA Queen and King

UCA Queen and kingThe United Christian Alliance is a non-profit organization whose purpose it is to serve the community with its talents, resources, and fellowship. The goal is to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ, encourage spiritual growth and offer youngsters an opportunity for wholesome living and an alternative to street gangs, as well as offer assistance to victims of medical, utility bills, burned out homes, or in the event of natural disasters.

They had their first pageant, “An Enchanted Evening” on Saturday, November 25 at Mt. Ira Baptist Church.

Thanks to the participant, parents, grandparents, sponsors, and the general public for making a memorable and beautiful” Enchanted Evening” for the youth and community.

Miss Jasiah La’Nell Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Williams won Miss UCA Queen 2017. She was escorted by Kaden Grigsby. Her sponsor was Mrs. B.J. Montgomery.

Little Mr. Jaylon Johnson won Mr. UCA King 2017.  He is the son of Lonnie Johnson and Christy Phillips. His sponsor was Ms. Deveraux Cole.

First runner-up was Little Mr. Amarian Spencer Hood. Miss La’Shante Johnson, escorted by Terry Bonner, Jr. won 1st place, sponsored by Mrs. Mildred Bonner.  Second place went to Miss Mariah Alea’ Jones, with Mrs. Willie Mae Bonner as sponsor, and 3rd place winner was Miss Maikayla Tate, with Ms. Deveraux Cole as her sponsor.
