culinary arts get realLyn Frantangelo, Curriculum Director played the part of a meek “new hire” learning to make meatloaf. He approached his job as dishwasher in an inappropriate manner; giving the students a good example of what they may run across in the workplace. He made few flirtatious moves on Frantangelo, and was steadily taking a few sips of the clear liquid (“’shine”= water) in a fruit jar; getting sillier and bolder as time went on.
