Amy Allen, 54, passed away Aug. 21, 2012 in Jefferson.
Born on April 19, 1963 in Shreveport, La., she was the daughter of Janie Pearson and step-father Wayne Pearson, Sr.
Mrs. Allen owned Rebel Ranch Rescue. She enjoyed motorcycles, sunsets and being outdoors. She will be remembered for her love for her family and friends and all animals.
Amy is survived by her husband Brad Allen, Sr., daughter Amanda Dawn, step-son Brad Allen, Jr., and stepdaughter Sheila Allen Kirk, sisters: Ginger Lynch, Tracie Hunt, brothers: Marlene Murphy, Wayne Pearson, Jr., Jerry Pearson, Roger Pearson, Jimmy Pearson and their spouses.
Mrs. Allen also leaves grandchildren Kaelyn Medlin, Cody, Pacey and Camdon Allen; Alec and Hunter Kirk, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Amy was preceded in death by her grandparents Ivory and Lois Fondren, step-father Wayne Pearson, Sr., aunt and uncle Joan and Billy and cousins Laura, Little Joe, Rhonda, Cassey and Melanie.
Memorial services will be Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 2 p.m. at New Prospect Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Markel officiating.
