MPD seeks suspect in felony offense; parole violation

parole violaterUPDATE: Noah Burr, surrendered this morning, 6-28-17, at approximately 11:15 a.m. He is being booked into the Harrison County Jail. for his alleged involvement in the incident that happened at the Chevron station on Sunday. Noah was booked into the Harrison County Jail. He is charged with injury to the disabled. Dillon Burr is still at large.

 
According to Kelly Colvin, Public Information Officer for the Marshall Police Department, the MPD is asking for the public’s help with locating a man accused of assaulting a man over the weekend. On Sunday, June 25, at approximately 12:28 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of East End Boulevard N. regarding an assault that had just taken place at the Chevron station. The victim told police he had been struck repeatedly and knocked to the ground by a man named Dillon Burr…
