WHAT WAS COOKIN’ By Sherry McAdoo

Well spring has truly ‘sprung’. Everything is so beautiful. We finally got our small garden planted and things are growing amazingly fast. Kimberly and Rodney are doing the planting – vegetables, herbs and flowers. The Rhode Island Red Ladies are doing great. They are very fat and sassy and laying huge eggs. Even the pecan tree is fully leafed out – and it is usually the last to bless us with leaves. The fruit trees seem to be doing great. All is well with our little piece of the world!
